Quality comments:
Smooth finish un-shiny cotton. Supurbly uniform skein to skein. Like most cottons, moderately heavy in weight for its length and not very stretchy, but not a wrestling match to use. The yardage is excellent - balls last forever, and ever, and ever.

Other comments:
Made in Spain. This is without a doubt the best cotton fingering weight yarn I have ever used. I made a layette for my daughter, including a crib blanket knit in medallions, a baby cap, booties, and a vest. All of them held up through multiple machine washings (occasionally hot ones if very soiled). The blanket is still in daily (ab)use as a bed-friend, tent, and costume cape. Holding an unused skein against it 9 years later, there is no discernable color fading or surface fuzzing. This yarn is especially good for YO-type laces, giving crisp results and a liquid drape to the finished piece. I found it in a clearance center and stash-aged it before use. I wish I'd worked it up sooner and found out how great it was so I could have gone back and bought it all.
